Legal Compliance

Project compliance refers to the adherence to legal, regulatory, and organisational standards and requirements throughout the life cycle of a project. Complying with regulations protects not only customers but property and stock from damage and injury.

It is essential to ensure that the project is executed in a responsible manner while meeting business objectives. Compliance helps organisations to mitigate risks and avoid legal penalties.

Onsite Reporting

All installation data when complete, are loaded into our field tablet based reporting system, that transmits detailed project records including digital photographs, and store sign off, to a client dedicated clour-based drop-box.

These files give clients real time reporting on distance travelled, time for work undertaken, any miscellaneous costings and all photographs of the job before, during and after.

Project Evaluation

End of project evaluation is a critical process that aims to assess the success of a project and identify areas for improvement. It involves evaluating the project’s goals, objectives, deliverables, and overall performance against the original plan.

The importance of end-of-project evaluation lies in its ability to provide valuable insights into what worked, what didn’t, and why. This information can be used to improve processes, and increase future efficiency and reduce costs.
